Lucidoc is an AI-assisted administrative productivity service.

Lucidoc may help users:

• analyze administrative emails and documents;
• identify important information;
• identify deadlines;
• identify actions that may need to be completed;
• organize administrative tasks;
• create reminders or calendar-related actions;
• prepare suggested responses or other administrative actions.

Features may change as the service develops.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a Lucidoc account.

By using Lucidoc, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account and for activities performed through it.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using your account.

You must notify us if you reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Lucidoc may allow you to connect third-party services such as Google and Gmail.

You choose whether to connect these services and authorize Lucidoc to access the permissions presented during the authorization process.

Lucidoc currently uses read-only Gmail access for email analysis functionality.

You may revoke third-party access through the relevant third-party service where supported.

Your use of third-party services remains subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

You retain your rights in emails, documents, images, and other content you provide or authorize Lucidoc to process.

You grant Lucidoc the limited rights necessary to access, transmit, process, and analyze that content solely for providing and operating the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide or authorize Lucidoc to process such content.

Lucidoc uses artificial intelligence, including third-party AI technology, to analyze information and generate outputs.

Artificial intelligence can make mistakes.

Lucidoc does not guarantee that:

• every deadline will be detected;
• every action will be identified;
• every summary will be complete;
• every classification will be correct;
• generated responses will be accurate or appropriate.

You must review important information against the original source.

Lucidoc is an administrative productivity tool.

It does not provide legal, tax, financial, medical, insurance, immigration, or other regulated professional advice.

Information generated by Lucidoc should not replace advice from an appropriately qualified professional where such advice is required.

You remain responsible for your administrative obligations.

In particular, you remain responsible for:

• reviewing original emails and documents;
• confirming deadlines;
• submitting forms;
• making payments;
• attending appointments;
• sending responses;
• verifying AI-generated information;
• complying with legal and contractual obligations.

Lucidoc is intended to assist these activities, not assume responsibility for them.

You must not use Lucidoc to:

• violate applicable law;
• infringe another person's rights;
• access information you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• attempt to bypass security mechanisms;
• introduce malicious software;
• use automated methods to abuse or overload the service;
• use Lucidoc for fraudulent or deceptive activities.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Lucidoc, its users, or third parties.

Lucidoc may provide beta, experimental, or early-access functionality.

Such functionality may change, contain errors, become unavailable, or be discontinued.

Feedback provided by users may be used to improve Lucidoc, provided that personal content obtained through connected services such as Gmail is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable platform requirements.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Lucidoc may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical failures, third-party service interruptions, security incidents, or other circumstances.

Lucidoc, including its software, branding, design, and original content, is owned by Odd Parrot or its licensors, except for content belonging to users or third parties.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Lucidoc intellectual property to users.

You may stop using Lucidoc at any time.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting:

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

• violation of these Terms;
• abuse of the service;
• security risks;
• legal requirements;
• discontinuation of the service.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lucidoc is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated outputs will always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Odd Parrot is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from reliance on incorrect or incomplete AI-generated information, missed deadlines, third-party service failures, or interruptions to Lucidoc.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Our processing of personal data is described in the Lucidoc Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of your relationship with Lucidoc and should be reviewed before using the service.

We may update these Terms as Lucidoc evolves.

Material changes may be communicated through the service, website, or other appropriate means.

The latest version will be published on the Lucidoc website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

Any mandatory rights regarding jurisdiction remain unaffected.
